We are a husband-and-wife full-time team and NYS Licensed Associate Real Estate Brokers. We are members of four MLS's (Multiple Listing Services) and personally cover Dutchess, Ulster, Columbia and Greene counties, with full access to Orange, Westchester, Putnam and Rockland counties on both sides of the Hudson River and the surrounding areas.

A definite plus for all our buyer clients is that they can see homes in varied areas and different land contours that will suit their needs and wishes. Our seller clients will enjoy a wide exposure of their homes to thousands of Brokers and many potential buyers.

We live in Dutchess County, moving up from NYC and Long Island over 12 years ago. We love the whole area with all it has to offer and yet, not far from New York City. Our interests include (among others): photography, boating, travel, cooking, baking, hiking, biking, motor cycling, home remodeling, reading, good movies and learning new things. We have six great adult children and six beautiful grandchildren.

For your convenience we speak English, Hebrew, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and some German. There is nothing more satisfying in our work than to see clients so excited about a purchase they just made or clients that are happy with the sale of their home and are ready for the next chapter in life. We stay in touch with all past clients, and we are here to assist for a long time after a purchase or sale has been completed.
